CLIN 0003: Engineering Services / DCMA Assessment Reimbursement of the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Assessor fee and associated engineering services required to facilitate Blue UAS certification for the HX8 aircraft, C-NAVIGATOR GCS, and GS7 GCS.
