This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20260507. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business concerns IAW RFO 19.104. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The requirement for NAICS Code 811210 size standard: $34 Million. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) database to be eligible to receive award and have completed the “On-line Representations and Certifications” within that registration. The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). All quotes are due by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time 14 August 2026. One award is anticipated. Quotes are required to be valid until 30 September 2026. Offeror MUST provide UEI and CAGE Code with proposal.
