## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 934 Airlift Wing at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota has a requirement for a Klas Voyager Communications Package at our installation.

**The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number:** FA6633-24-Q-A010 This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Klas Voyager Communications Kit See attached Salient Characteristics. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20240530, and Department Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2024-0612.

This requirement is a total small business set-aside, brand name specific. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334220 and the size standard of 1,250 EMP. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.GOV system.
