The model should be designed with an integrated 463L pallet base allowing a seamless transition onto military aircraft and locked into the rails with minimal air worthiness processing. The support unit should include: -1x Hardside Expendable Mobile Shelter (or equal) - Must be same dimensions as a 463L pallet (108”x88”) in stowed mode, and no taller than 96” - Electrical Outlets (110V) - LED Lighting - Heating and Air Conditioning - Cable Access Ports - Antenna Mounting Areas - Wall Mounted White Boards - Impact Windows - Cypher Locked Security Door - x1 Portable Generator, 4500KW min, less than 300lbs, (Preferably with remote on/off and w/ inverter and gas fuel) IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
