## Description

The MindGym license is for the MindGym platform procured on September 26, 2023. MindGym is the sole provider of the proprietary platform and associated sensor integration being requested. The content, platform infrastructure, and hardware integrations are not available through any other source, nor are they interoperable with third-party alternatives.

The training modulces and biosensor capabilities are tailored specifically for USAF psychological readiness programs and mission-focused behavioral performance enhancement, which MindGym uniquely supports. Lumena Inc. retains all commercially available rights to the proprietary software and hardware contained within the MindGym system and is the only source for US domestic and worldwide sales of the MindGym system.
