## Description

39th Contracting Squadron intends to award up to two (2) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), each with a 5-year ordering period, for Motorola Equipment supported with Attachment 4 - Brand Name Motorola Equipment and identified in Attachment 2 - Price List. This RFQ is issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Amendment 1 This amendment is to update the solicitation to provide clarity to the Set-Aside and the Price Evaluation Factor. Changes made are highlighted in yellow. Additionally, Attachment 1 - Terms and Conditions v2 and Attachment 2 - Price List v2 were updated.
