The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(l). There is no Small Business Set Aside. The applicable NAICS code 333912. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
