This solicitation will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written/1449 solicitation will not be issued. Anticipated Contract Type/Period of Performance The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract detailed in the Attachment 3. All Travel CLINs will use US Government Estimated Pricing. Period of Performance: The anticipated contract will consist of one (1) 12-month Base Period, four (4) 12-month Option Period, and one (1) 6-month Optional Extension. The resultant contract award will include FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services for a period of performance not to exceed a six (6) month extension of services. The total period of performance shall not exceed five (5) years excluding the additional six (6) months if FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services is exercised.
