## Description

The 31 Fighter Wing (FW) Conference Room need a comprehensive upgrade to enhance its functionality and support the diverse needs of the 31st Fighter Wing Command (31 FW/CC) and the broader base community. This upgrade includes the replacement of the existing projector with a high-definition TV monitor, installation of new ceiling-mounted microphones, and integration of advanced capabilities to facilitate mass NIPR VTC (Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Video Teleconference) capabilities and various other functions.

**Amendment:** Date proposals due changed from 14 June to 18 June.

**Amendment II:** Solicitation now includes drawings submitted by the Mission Partner.

**Amendment III:** Solicitation deadline has extended to 21 June and the Contracting Officer shall be Biannica Barksdale; biannica.barksdale@us.af.mil. Solicitation extended to 28 June.
