The 31st Contracting Office is conducting market research to determine the availability and capability of qualified contractors to provide Electromechanical Actuator (EMA) for operation of Nasatka Automatic Vehicle Barriers (AVB) for 31ST CES/CEIAR of Aviano Air Base, Italy.
