## Description

Aviano AB, Italy is conducting market research to gether further information regarding commercial capabilities to provide a certified Strenght and Conditioning Specialist. This announcement constitutes a Request for Information. This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Request for Information shall be voluntary. This Request for information is for Market Research purposes, and to identify vendors capable of providing solutions to the requirements herein. The notice and the information received shall not be used to determine how well respondents can perform a requirement, which can only be evaluated in response to a solicitation.

Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Request for Information request. The Contractor must possess the following qualifications:Master’s Degree or higher in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physicaleducation-related discipline and shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience demonstrating sustained experience working with elite athlete populations.

The contractor must have and maintain current certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), or be a licensed AthleticTrainer.
