## Description

This posting is to respond to questions received from industry during the Pre-Solicitation Conference, regarding the Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS) Draft Request For Proposal (RFP). The publication of the KISS Draft RFP and Q&A is solely for market research purposes. This publication is not an official RFP from the Government and does not constitute a request for offers. The Government will not reimburse any costs attributed.
