## Description

Notice of Intent to Exercise Sole Source Acquisition for: The 700th Contracting Squadron, Kapaun Air Station, Germany intends to award a sole source contract CRFS Inc, CAGE: 6RN69. This procurement is for the hardware warranty and software support services where CRFS, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the hardware.

**APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:** This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2): Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
