## Description

The Government seeks to procure a Hand-held X-Ray Device brand-name or equal to the following.

**Brand:** NIGHTHAWK BTX (Backscatter X-Ray Scanner)

**Model No:** NHBTX-140W7A In addition, the Government requests on-site training and direct shipping and handling of the requested device to Ramstein Air Base, Germany. For more information, please see the attached Combined/Synopis Solicitation.
