## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) for the COLLECTION AND RECYCLING SERVICES AND THE OPERATION OF RECYCLING CENTERS IN THE KAISERSLAUTERN MILITARY COMMUNITY (KMC) AND PIRMASENS HUSTERHOEHE. Interested vendors shall read the attached documents 'Combo Part 1' and 'Combo Part 2' for detailed information and instructions, along with the attachments 1 PWS (incl.

Appendices E and F), 2 Bid Schedule, 3 Subcontractor Consent Form, 4 PPQ, 5 EMS Awareness Flyer, 6 FGS and the DBIDS IAR INFO Jul24.

A Pre?Proposal conference and Site Visit will be conducted on 31 July 2024. Vendors interested in participating must email their confirmation and data by 1000 hrs (1000 a.m.) CEST on 16 July 2024 to Ms. Beatrice Meier, email: beatrice.meier.1.de@us.af.mil and Ms.Fabiana Benkel, email: fabiana.benkel.de@us.af.mil: the attached excel workbook 'DBIDS IAR INFO Jul24' must be completed and submitted along with the ID/Passport copies, as specified in the attached document 'Combo Part 1'.
