## Description

**AMENDMENT 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to add field software license/training requirements. The SOW has been amended to incorporate the requirement. No extension has been gratned as a result of this amendment.

**AMENDMENT 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date from 10 September to 16 September and to release the questions and answers document. Additionally, interested vendors are allowed to submit additional questions up until 9 September.

This is a written Request for Quotation under FAR Part 12 & 13 for Energy Management Control System (EMCS) controllers at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Incidental installation, programming, and integration to BACnet/IP networks will be acquired IAW the Statement of Work. Please note that the requirements of this solicitation are distinct from another solicited requirements, FA561324Q0030. This is not the same solicitation. However, offerors may find useful information in the questions and answers released. Please contact the POCs if there is any confusion.

**5 September 2024 1600 CEST Quotes Due By:** 10 September 2024 1600 CEST The contractor shall provide building controllers for upgrades to BACnet/IP based controllers and network these buildings into the EMCS headend application. All upgrades shall utilize BACnet/IP. All work shall conform to standard commercial practices, in accordance with (IAW) the technical regulations for workplaces, and electrical TUV/VDE requirements. This shall include testing of all controllers and the new application. See attached documents for the full solicitation and information.
