Background: The Government is conducting market research to identify companies as potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to respond to the requirements competently and competitively. The contractor shall provide maintenance on Paint Booth, Blast Booth, Blast Cabinet, and Paint-Gun Cleaner located at 435 CTS, Bldg. 713 IAW the manufacturer’s recommended schedules to ensure reliable and continuous safe operation. The maintenance shall be performed IAW standard commercial practices, technical guidelines and the manufacturer’s most current recommendations. The contractor shall submit maintenance reports, as shown in paragraph 1.5 of PWS. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this synopsis or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in FAR 31.205-18, Bid and Proposal costs.
