## Description

UPDATED INFORMATION FOR SOLICITATION The not to exceed is only applicable for the youth sports not intramural. Per PWS 1.5. Intramural games will be estimated based on number of teams that register (unknown at this time) Per historical there have been up to Below is a table of last years season numbers for intramural: Sports Games Offered Games Played Softball 100 70 Flag Football 75 55 Volleyball 80 77 Soccer 55 52 Basketball 75 67 1 April 2026 will be in-between seasons.

The first game will not be scheduled until all teams are registered, and a schedule can be made. Intramural and youth sports officiating services at Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Spangdahlem AB offers various sports programs to promote morale, welfare, and recreation. This contract supports the intramural sports program as outlined in DAFI 34-114, paragraphs 3.5 and 3.5.5, DoDI 6060.4, and the National Standards for Youth Sports located in Department of the Air Force Instruction 34-144, Child and Youth Programs
