## Description

**NOTE TO OFFEROR:** This RFQ is to obtain pricing for items that are not currently funded but are expected to receive funding this fiscal year through fall out funds, prior to 30 September 2025. Your quote must remain valid until this date. Therefore, no award will be made under this quote until funds are available.

The government reserves the right to cancel this quote before 30 September 2025. The 52d Fighter Wing requires the procurement and installation of a brand-name Unify OpenScape Command and Control (C2) Dispatch System Upgrade at Spangdahlem AB, Germany. The effort includes hardware, software, installation, integration, and training, to be solicited among authorized Unify resellers.

Offerors must provide proof of authorized reseller status in order to be considered technically acceptable. *Amendment 1 is to extend the quote due date to 24, September 2025, 1400 CEST*
