## Description

AMENDMENT 1 - 3 June 2025 Please see added Attachment 3 - Amendment 1 - Questions Document 3 June 2025. The deadline for quotes has been extended to 11 June 2025 NLT 1300 CEST.

The 52d Fighter Wing has a requirement to install a stand-alone Automated Entry Control System (AECS) in Building 24 at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. The AECS must control entry at two (2) doors in Building 24 to limit access into the open storage area and prevent entry by unauthorized personnel. Contractors must be approved by the 52d Fighter Wing Information and certified to perform work in US classified areas with secure information.

The Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government, with price and technical factors being considered. Offerers should propose their best solution to meet the stated requirements. Please see attached Combo - AECS 19 May 2025, Attachment 1 - SOW 19 May 2025, and Attachment 2 - Bldg 24 Floor Plan. Questions are to be submitted through email by 26 May 2025 NLT 1200 CEST. Quotes are to be submitted through email by 6 June 2025 NLT 1000 CEST.
