## Description

**Description:** The contractor shall provide quarterly preventative maintenance to include all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, supervision, management, licenses, supplies, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform “Preventive Maintenance Service, including repairs, and TUEV Inspections, (Technischer Ueberwachungs Verein/Technical Inspection Agency)” of elevators at Spangdahlem Air Base. Contractor must be in possession of ISO 9001 or must be certified in accordance with DIN EN 13015. Must submit proof of certification with proposal.
