## Description

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. DO NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTATIONS UNTIL THE RFQ IS POSTED TO FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT, NOW WILL THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR INFORMATION RESULTANT TO THIS SYNOPSIS.

Tentative Date for Issuance of Solicitation FA560625Q0002 is 13 Nov 2024. Unites States Air Base at Spangdahlem, Germany has the requirement for Custodial Services starting to be determined between 15 Jan and 01 Mar 2025. Proposed contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years. Solicitation No. FA560625Q0002 will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

It is advertised with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561720. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that Custodial Services are performed at Spangdahlem Air Base (SAB) in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms.

All work performed by the contractor shall be performed IAW all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarter Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices. No Set-Asides will be used and RFQ will be solicited for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov).

Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Contractors must be registered in WAWF to include German vendors, see internet site: https://piee.eb.mil/piee-landing/ for registration.
