This includes all minimum preparations and legal paperwork.

The contractor will be required to provide a tiered pricing structure for transportation services based on distance: - Within a 30-mile radius - Between 30-150 mile radius - Outside 150 mile radius In addition to direct transportation to the military installation, the contractor must be capable of transporting remains to its own licensed facility for interim holding. This capability must include providing secure, refrigerated (non-frozen) storage for a period of up to 30 days. Following storage, the contractor shall provide onward transportation from their facility to RAF Mildenhall or RAF Lakenheath as directed.
