## Description

The 100th Communications Squadron (100 CS) requires the procurement, installation, and commissioning of fiber optic communications transport equipment to support the Flight Systems Communications Upgrade (FSCU) at Royal Air Force (RAF) Mildenhall, United Kingdom.
