## Description

The 48 Maintenence Group at RAF Lakenheath has a requirement for a Sound System Upgrade for Hanger 7. Prospective Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site where installation is to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to attend the site constitute grounds for a claimafter contract award.

A site visit has been arranged in advance of receiving quotes from offerors at 11:00 BST on Thursday 24th October 2024. Site visits are recommended but not mandatory. The Government is NOT responsible for transportation to and from the site visit and these costs are NOT reimbursable. Questions and answers have been attached.
