## Description

The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install, test, and repair (EFIT&R) United States Air Force (USAF) owned exterior direct buried or ducted communications cables and tubing (e.g. microducts), and EFIT&R USAF owned (and ‘Other’ owned where agreement exists) buried manhole and ducting systems to include facility entry/exit ducting, tubing and enclosed cables.
