## Description

The following solicitation has been amended. The purpose of Amendment 2 is to provide responses to questions received in regards to the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items contract prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02;

**611620 - Sports and Recreation Instruction Set-Aside:** Due to overseas location, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b)(1)(ii)

**Solicitation Date:** 13 February 2024 The Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, has a requirement for Fitness Instructors services. These services shall be implemented in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See Attachment 1 – PWS Fitness Instructors for full list of specifications.
