## Description

IAW FAR 6.305(a) The agency shall make publicly available the justification required by 6.303-1 as required by 10 U.S.C. 3204(f) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(f). Except for the circumstances in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section, the justification shall be made publicly available within 14 days after contract award. This award is for the provision of commercial Internet at AB 201, Agadez, Niger. The goal is to ensure consistent and reliable Internet accessibility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year for all personnel at AB 201 in support of daily operations and communication needs.
