## Description

Amendment 1 - Changing Offers Due Date from 12:00PM, Aug 26th, 2026 to 12:00AM, Sep 5th, 2026, Local Time(Japan Standard Time). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA527026QB027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Data Entry / Front Desk Clerk. This acquisition not set-aside for small business concerns.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Description - This is a non-personal service for a Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Data Entry / Front Desk Clerk supporting the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The purpose is to conduct and maintain data entry and client services for M&FRC.

The contractor shall provide labor, administrative duties, customer support, and program assistance to the M&FRC of Kadena Air Base as set forth in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please check page 6, #7 of the PWS for "Qualifications". Due date of questions: Aug 24th, 2026, Time 17:00 Due date of offer: Aug 31st, 2026, Time 17:00 (Please disregard the Offer Due Date on SF1449, Block#8.
