## Description

*IMPORTANT Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to:

Answer questions from contractors. The Government is soliciting a brand name requirement for ATAK’s (Samsung S25 Phone and Samsung Active 5 Pro). The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, software, and labor to ensure a fully operational and integrated ATAK’s. Full technical specifications and performance requirements are outlined in the attached SF1449.

**Note:** This is a brand name requirement. * For evaluation factors refer to 52.212-2 inside SF1449. Questions are due by 27 August 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Responses are due by 28 August 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
