The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the questions in response to the solicitation and extend the quotation submission deadline to July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM JST. The Government's responses are hereby fully incorporated into the solicitation. This is a solicitation for Tire Changer (Equipment). This acquisition is Brand Name Or Equal Items.
