## Description

**AMENDMENT 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

- Require all vendors to submit documentation with their quote that verifies their status as an authorized distributor/seller of Body Sealer products. - Extend due date for this Solicitation - Delete Estimated Contract Cost from Attachment 1 - All other terms and conditions remain unchanged Please see the amendment 0001 attachment for more information.
