The government may request additional units be added under the optional CLIN 1001 and/or CLIN 2001, each consisting of 3 buildings. The non-invasive scanning process must effectively detect various defects, including but not limited to spalling, cracks, voids, and other structural anomalies, on both the exterior and interior surfaces of the structures. The Contractor will be responsible for removing ceiling tiles and insulation, as well as navigating around any utilities or obstructions as necessary to complete the required scanning and testing procedures.
