They were notified by LiPAD that it was not possible due to STRA8 Logistics already having signed a contract. These vendors were further inquired and cross referenced with the airport authorities to confirm their eligibility to secure the commercial lease contract. LiPAD responded to verify that only STRA8 Logistics has the two month lease for the required ramp and facilities.
