## Description

Amendment #1 The purpose of this modification is to extend the due date for quotes from 11 to 13 Sep NLT 11:00 AM JST. Also, quotes with all or some items will be accepted. The government will award to offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
