## Description

The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to assist the 36th Wing and other mission partners. The BPA holder will furnish nonpersonal service(s) for Shuttle Transportation Services for 36 Wing, Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam, to support personnel traveling to various locations on Guam. This includes services on short notification to support deployments, exercises, contingency operations, and regular shuttle transportation. The scope of work is detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1).

**NAICS:** 485999 (All Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation). The BPAs are established in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.201(3) as a method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for services by establishing "charge accounts" with qualified sources. A BPA is not a contract; it is a written instrument of understanding containing clauses applying to future Calls.

The 36th Contracting Squadron (CONS) is responsible for administering the agreements and maintaining detailed logs of all information for each call placed. BPA Holders must agree to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) and maintain this registry throughout the tenure of this agreement.
