## Description

**Amendment 0003:** The purpose of this amendment is to publish "Questions and Answets" document and to extended quote response date from 26 November 2025 to 3 December 2025. Time submission remains 3:00 P.M. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST).

**Amendment 0002:** The purpose of this amendment is to update Solicitation description, upload revsied Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 0002, revised Provisions and Clauses, revised Performance Work Statement, and revised Desired Vehicle List.

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to upload updated Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 0001 The 11th Combat Air Base Squadron (CABS), is seeking to establish 3 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Heavy Equipment Rental in accordance with ‘Performance Work Statement’ at Attachment 2. These BPAs will be used to support the 36 Civil Engineering Squadron at Andesern AFB.
