The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. **Amendment 6:** To extend the offer due date by 3 calendar days, from 19 September 2025, to 22 September 2025. I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. II.
