I.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with theformat in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued usingsimplified acquisition procedures. II.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04, effective date 11 June 2025, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation.
