## Description

Summary of Changes, all changes have been highlighted in yellow: .

**Amendment 1:** To add Attachment 3 – Vendor Q&A, .

**Amendment 2:** extend date offers are due, from 13 August, 2025 to 15 August 2025 & extend the RFI Date from 10 August, 2025 to 13 August, 2025 .

**Amendment 3:** Change the delivery date from 01 October 2025 to 30 September 2025 . All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular FAC 2025-04 Effective June 11, 2025.
