## Description

Summary of Changes, all changes have been highlighted in yellow:

**Amendment 1:** extend date offers are due, from 17 July, 2025 to 22 July, 2025. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

**Amendment 2:** Incorporate the following attachments into solicitation FA524025QM140 in response to vendor RFIs. - Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers - Attachment 5 - Photos This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 Effective January 17, 2025.
