## Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures.

2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05, effective date 07 August 2025, DFARS Change effective 17 January 2025, DFARS PGI Change effective 17 January 2025.

**Amendment 001:** Extending solicitation to 18 Sept 2025 1100 CST.

**Amendment 002:** Extending solicitation to 22 Sept 2025 1700 CST.
