Unify OpenScape Xpert Dispatch Solution; ANNUAL SUPPORT: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and/or services necessary to maintain the UNIFY Phone System at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The contractor will resolve and/or diagnose system discrepancies including System design, Installation and maintenance on the HiPath 4000 V5/6, HiPath Dispatch V3, OpenScape, DAKS conferencing V5/6, CSI radio interface, ASC voice recorder, ELO Touch computer and all associated 3rd party items (PTT Hand/Headsets, Speakers, UPS, cabling). The contractor will provide Preventive Maintenance services on a monthly basis. The preventative maintenance solution needs to cover hardware and software warranty and maintenance support for the length of the contract, be responsible for maintaining the system at current approved software loads, replace defective hardware, and perform all labor to maintain and replace. Any replacement equipment provided by the company as part of this contract will be warranted throughout the term of the contract. The installation effort and workmanship will be the sole responsibility of the company throughout the term of the contract.
