We have never furnished a gauge to the USAF with this system before. A1: The Gauge should not be plugged into the system permanently. The system needs to come with a calibrated gauge that provides readings down to the blank-off or ultimate suction pressure of the vacuum pump at 0.001 Torr or 1 micron Hg.
