## Description

See attached Amendment 1 RFQ - 36 LRS - VM Tire Stock 2024 and attachments. Below is a list of changes under this amendment. All previously dated versions of this RFQ is obsolete.

Please ensure offers are aligned with revisions made under Amendment 1. AMENDMENT 1 – SUMMARY OF CHANGES(All amendments have been highlighted yellow in this document): Sections III, IV, V, VIII incorporate shipping terms and instructions for Shipping Option B for destination to the DLA Tracy, CA consolidation point as an option for delivery.

Section V now has two shipping options: Shipping Option A) FOB Destination to Andersen AFB within 90 Calendar Days, and Shipping Option B) FOB Destination to DLA Tracy, CA consolidation point within 30 Calendar Days. Section VIII includes additional evaluation terms for ii) price and iii) delivery terms to account for shipping options.

RFQ response deadline has been extended to 21 June 2024 at 1:00pm Chamorro Standard Time Attachment 3 – Shipping Option B Standard Operating Procedures – AAFB Shipment via DLA Consolidation Point Attachment 4 – Questions and Answers for Solicitation FA524024QM071 Attachment 1 has been revised. Additional specifications for item A027 has been added in additional notes column. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
