Meets requirements for DOW sUAS acquisitions IAW FY 2020 NDAA (Section 848) and FY 2024 NDAA (Section 1821-1825).<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n<strong>2.Technology and Capacity Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;a. Autonomous/programmable (can operate without direct/continuous pilot inputs)<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;b. Vertical takeoff and landing&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;c. Carry a payload up to 65 kg, with dimensions of up to 82 cm x 60 cm x 51 cm<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;d. Powered by a removable battery with a range of up to 30 km on one charge<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;e. Include extra batteries (enough for 2 complete swap outs) and battery chargers<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;f. Standard spare parts kit(any parts that will need replaced within a certain number of months or flight hours after purchase and use of the sUAS)&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;g. Any software needed to control/program drone<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;h. Any non-standard hardware needed to control/program drone (if software can&#39;t be connected to commercial laptop or mobile device)<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;i. Training for 2 personnel to be trained at vendor facility or cost for vendor training team to come to Hickam, AFB Hawaii to train team of 4 personnel on drone operation and maintenance<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n<strong>3. Maintenance Requirements:</strong><br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;a. Charging batteries<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;b. Replacing parts from the included spare parts kit<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;c. All other routine maintenance as described in the vendor provided training course<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n4. Delivery and Installation Requirements:&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;a. Delivery 180 days after date of contract<br />\n&nbsp;<br />\n&nbsp;b.
