## Description

The 766 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is requesting interested vendors for the PACAF Assessment and Authorization for Federal Information System Management Act (FISMA) and Cybersecurity Hardening Services as a recompete acquisition based on the draft PWS that is attached to this sources sought. The current service contract is FA521523C0012.

The anticipated solicitation method is 100% Small Business Set-Aside as an 8(a) competitive acquisition for services to start 30 September 2025 with a possible mobilization period after award. Please send capabilities statements to the POCs listed within the sources sought as this solicitation may be determined to be an 8(a) direct award if there are not enough interested vendor reponses received.

This requirement calls for cybersecurity support through three individuals: two Cybersecurity Subject Matter Experts (SME) and one Threat Vulnerability Manager SME. The contractors will work for the PACAF Defensive Cyberspace Operations/Mission Assurance Branch and conduct security assessments, provide security consultation to military and DOD civilian personnel within PACAF AOR. They will also assist the wings in becoming cyber ready and augment the unit inspection preparation team as requested. The four positions will be based in Honolulu, Hawaii but will include travel to locations specified within the PWS attachment.
