The contractors, at the Government’s request, shall augment as unit inspection preparation team providing required expertise in Vulnerability Management, Physical Security, Emission Security (EMSEC), Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), and network security consulting. The contractors will also support NAF/Wings to be “cyber ready” via scheduled CRR-M. CRR-M assessments will utilize USCYBERCOM and DISA criteria as it relates to CORA and the most recent effort involving CCORI. Travel in the PACAF AOR is also required. The 766 intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract and will set aside the acquisition to be awarded competitively to an 8(a) company. The services will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation. Notice to Interested Parties: No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. Additionally, this effort is subject to appropriate approvals and authorizations prior to contract award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this procurement, either before or after the closing date, and has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
