This proejct will be explained at the vendor fair with more details: Vendor Fair Announcement U.S. Government Vendor Fair The U.S. Government invites interested contractors and industry partners to attend a Vendor Fair to learn about upcoming acquisition opportunities.

**Friday, August 28, 2026 Time:** 0930 hours Location: Small Hall, Fussa Civic Hall (Fussa Shimin Kaikan), Fussa, Tokyo, Japan Event Overview This Vendor Fair will provide an overview of several upcoming contracting opportunities and acquisition strategies, including: Introduction How to start doing business with U.S. Government Overview of the New MACC (Multiple Award Construction Contract) Acquisition Overview of the New SABER (Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements) Acquisition Overview of three major Open Market acquisition projects (Water Line Phase B, Airfield Light projects, and Tower 3000) that are planned to be competitively solicited Overveiw of the BPA of Replace Fall Protection Devices, MFH Garden and Tower Units Government representatives will present general information regarding each acquisition, anticipated procurement approaches, and projected timelines.

This event is intended to help industry better understand upcoming business opportunities and prepare for future solicitations. Who Should Attend This event is open to contractors, vendors, design consultants, and other companies interested in doing business with the U.S. Government. Additional information regarding registration, the agenda, and event logistics will be provided separately.
