The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and the manufacturer’s specifications. Notes: Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code. Note 2: Personnel Qualifications.
